Er. Paramit Singh Bal, the current owner of this beautiful heritage building, which was created by his grandfather S. Lachman Singh (who established own brick-kilns and procured deodar wood from river Beas) and then inherited by his father, S. Swinder Singh (who maintained it and had hobbies of pigeon flying competitions, had immense knowledge of land-laws)
